The risk-free trial is Modu Drawer's customer policy for module fit: change or return any module if it doesn't work in your drawer. The point is to remove the risk of buying a custom-fit product without seeing it in person — the typical drawer-organiser purchase requires confidence the fit is right, and the risk-free trial covers the case where it isn't.
What's included
- Module returns. Any individual module that doesn't fit your drawer cleanly, doesn't suit your contents, or doesn't feel right.
- Module swaps. Send back one module, receive another — a different size, different shape, different category.
- Pack returns. If a Drawer-Fit Pack doesn't fit your drawer, the whole pack returns.
- Custom build returns. Modules ordered through the drawer builder based on your dimensions are covered.
The reasoning
Custom-fit products have a fundamental information asymmetry: the customer can't see how the modules will sit in their actual drawer until the modules arrive. Photos help; the drawer builder helps; nothing replaces putting the module in the drawer. The risk-free trial is the structural answer to that asymmetry — the customer's risk gets transferred to us.
How it works in practice
- Order modules via the drawer builder or as a Drawer-Fit Pack.
- Receive the modules in 3–5 working days.
- Try the fit in your drawer.
- Anything that doesn't work — get in touch via the contact page. We arrange the return or swap.
What's not covered
- Modules damaged after fitting (cosmetic scratches from cutlery edges, normal wear).
- Modules used outside the kitchen-drawer use case (we cover the intended use).
- Modules that have been dishwashed (see dishwasher and PLA).
