Returns information
To start a return, email info@modudrawer.com with your order number and the pieces you’d like to return.
Standard modules
Contact us within 30 days of delivery. For our additional 30-day change-of-mind policy, modules must be unused and in their original packaging.
Made-to-measure pieces
Pieces made to your individual measurements or clearly personalised are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Standard catalogue modules keep their usual return rights, including when ordered through the Drawer Builder. If something isn’t right with a made-to-measure piece, contact us for help.
Return postage
We cover necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect items. For change-of-mind returns, you pay direct return costs only where we told you this before purchase. We’ll confirm where and how to send the items.
The conditions of our additional 30-day policy do not restrict your statutory cancellation or faulty-goods rights. You do not need to provide a reason or a photo to exercise your statutory right to cancel.
Cancellation, refunds and your rights
Your right to cancel
For EU and UK consumer purchases of standard, non-custom catalogue items online, including baseplates and accessories, you can tell us within 14 days of delivery that you wish to cancel. A clear email is enough; no reason or photo is required. Contacting us for return instructions is not an approval requirement. If a return is required, send the items within 14 days of your cancellation notice.
You may inspect the items as you would in a shop. The unused and original-packaging conditions of our additional 30-day policy do not limit this statutory right. Where the law allows, a deduction may apply for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is needed to check the items.
Refunds
For a valid statutory withdrawal, we refund the original payment method within 14 days of your notice, including the standard outbound delivery charge where required. If a return is required, we may wait until the goods are back or you provide proof of sending, whichever comes first.
For returns under our additional 30-day policy, we’ll confirm the refund after checking the returned items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 working days, subject to any earlier deadline required by law.
Faulty or incorrect items
Your rights for faulty goods or goods that do not match your order apply to standard and made-to-measure pieces. These include any repair, replacement, price reduction or refund required by law. Necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods are covered. These rights continue beyond our 30-day change-of-mind window.
Nothing on this page limits any statutory rights that apply to your purchase.
