Recycling programme
Sustainability sits at the centre of how we make drawer organisers. Modu Drawer modules are designed to last, made from plant-derived material, and built to come back to us at the end of their life.
Why PLA
Modules are 3D-printed from food-safe PLA bioplastic — a plant-derived plastic made from fermented plant starch (corn or sugarcane), not crude oil. PLA is the most common plastic used in 3D printing and one of the most common bioplastics in food-contact packaging.
That choice keeps each module food-safe and recycle-conscious from the first print to the last reuse.
1kg used, 1 tree planted
We work with a PLA manufacturer that plants one tree for every kilogram of PLA used. Every module you order contributes to that reforestation programme — built into the cost of the material, not a separate add-on.
Closing the loop
When you reconfigure your drawer or replace a module, the old pieces don't have to go in the bin. Send them back to us and we'll responsibly recycle or reuse them in future production runs — and you get 25% off your next order.
Email info@modudrawer.com and we'll send you a prepaid shipping label for the modules you're returning.
